While you can see Live Video/TV streaming of the action on the Betfair website (Yes it is possible to see legal live video streaming of the match! - I did it for the last NZ match and the quality of the stream was really good).   However I think you do have to signup with Betfair to be able to get to that section, but it's easy enough, follow the link and signup.
