Coach - Ricki Herbert

Date of Birth: 10 April 1961

Herbert is head coach of the New Zealand national team and also coaches the A-league club Wellington Phoenix.

He was assistant coach for the All Whites in 2001 and 2003-05. He coached the New Zealand U-23 (1999-2004) and the New Zealand U-17 (2003).

He was assistant coach at the FIFA Confederations Cup in France in 2003 and coach at the FIFA Confederations Cup in South Africa in 2009.

Herbert was in the squad when New Zealand last qualified for the FIFA World Cup in 1982.

During his All Whites career he gained 84 caps and seven goals.
